• Build plan to move on new directions
• Research through company data and customer information to validate the customer is getting what you are promising them
• Customer service, product, service, etc...
• If not build new or readapt plan to ensure efficiency and no lapse in quality

Operations

• Asses the Company or Startup Operations
• Understand the utilization of resources while developing and implementing strategies to improve goals and objectives
• Creating KPIs and Organization between all segments of the company to ensure efficiency
• Works with CIO/CTO or IT department to optimize the efficiency of their security and efficiency
• Making sure they are hitting their goals with what they have
• Sourcing or helping in the Hiring process

Sales Strategy & Research

• Analyze sales plan and work through to create efficiency and save money/time
• Build new or readapt plan to optimize successful operations
• Create new Market Strategy as it aligns with sales direction
• Surveys, Interviews, Customer Discovery, Testing to understand the business
• Use team to accomplish
• Market/Industry Research

Finance

• Go through full company Financials and Goals to find out the direction and success of the company
• Adapt financials and plan to match specific old goals and new goals
• Short term and Long term
• If current employee, team, or plan is not working out source a new Financial Consultant for client or help in the hiring process
